1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- The return request is made after the allowed return period
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order details
- Share product images (if damaged/defective)
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Customers may be required to ship the product back or request a pickup (if available).
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet.
4. Replacement Policy
You are eligible for a replacement if:
- You received a defective or damaged product
- You received the wrong item
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned as per the return policy
6. Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is from our side)
- COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
